No worries, any of the big companies can't touch this. One, it has a different name to the 'registered' or copy-righted one. Second, there are small design changes or even pallete touches; ergo, it is no longer the copy-righted version. A small modification changes everything.

Logic dictates that any third person shooter with violence becomes an instant clone of Gears of War, even though Space Marine uses a lot less cover and a lot more brutally smashing tons of enemies with a Chainsword or Power Fist.

No, it's not aGears of War clone, especially not the design and setting.
