Star Wars: The New Era is the first large Star Wars modification made on a next generation engine. It is produced by Invision Games, a group of modders and Star Wars fans that have evolved from the Movie Battles 2 community and a mod team working on "Star Wars: Source" before. Star Wars: The New Era will give you a tense multiplayer experience for all flavours. Engage in quick Deathmatch battles, fight as a Jedi using the Force or use strategic teamplay in the Team Assault mode.

Yes we will have force powers mrtywalsh , but we wish to have at least a nice playable alpha version before we get into force powers as already known with the gravity gun , shows already have such powers wil be high customable and loads of fun!

My dear lord thats some superb textures.... one of the pictures tho reminds me of jedi outcast, Kjduin base (sp?).
I'll try to have more media updates posted as soon as I proceed further with the map Duel of the Fates. There is also a remake of a popular Movie Battles II map in production currently and with the progress I see, there should be a larger media update within the next 2 months. Still gotta finish a map for Movie Battles 2 first, though ;)
However, progress is slower than I would like it to be, mainly due to the lack of modelers being capable of creating working player models.
Amasing maps! I have been watching since the beginning, and i will continue!
