No no ship graveyard posts are great. Back in the days of Star Trek: Armada I & II it was awesome to find ships that you couldn't normally build, especially when they had unique special abilities, and to me that holds true to this day. Discovering something that you can actually utilize during gameplay breaks up the monotony of using the same ships over and over - not that the current ships are boring, but it's always fun to have a new toy.

This would be a great opportunity to put in the Recusant and Munificent class cruisers into the revamped Interregnum graveyards imo. SoGE has great models for these ships, and I'm assuming they're open source to use...

In the past there was mention of something special for Munificent class star frigates. This could be it, though to be fair I would love anything to be salvageable.

"and you can expect to see more ships added with time as additional ships from that era are added for other things."

That basically meant we're not adding new models just for this, but when the Munificent and Recusant are eventually added for something else, you will probably see them in the ship graveyard. :-)

Oh, that's even better.

It's just that I didn't see where CIS ships would fit into Interregnum right now, and so I thought adding them to these clone war era ship graveyards was the most likely route you'd take.

Any large military ships actually seen in the Prequel movies will probably make at least a cameo appearance somewhere... :-D

speaking of new toys will it only be clone war era ships which are salvageable and will they have abilities similar to buildable ships or not?

I think there is a bit of confusion going on. Does this mean we will be able to salvage Clone Wars era vessels from the ship graveyards, like the katana fleet, or does this mean the background debris at ship graveyards will be Clone Wars era ships damaged beyond all hope of repair?

If you look at the previous few images from me, you'll see its both. :p I just added the salvageable ships first, then realized I should add the damaged background ships, which is what this image is about.

Okay, this is the last bit about Ship graveyards I'll post, promise! I'm probably not the only one to think it's somewhat odd that Interregnum is set in the Star Wars Universe, yet the ship graveyards only had TEC and Advent ships floating around as debris. Now that we're letting you salvage Clone Wars era ships, that obviously had to change. :p

Now you'll see a fair amount of Clone Wars veterans as well, from Dreadnaughts to Venators, and you can expect to see more ships added with time as additional ships from that era are added for other things.
