Rebellion aims to create a realistic, multi level strategic war simulation based on the second world war, and combine it with the original trilogys feeling. You'll be managing vast parts of the Galactic Empire, and eliminate it's many adversaries, while keeping order and piece by supressing pirates and rebels, or you'll be fighting a war of attrition by leading the Alliance to Restore the Republic in a guerilla war against tyranny, spreading rebellion and hope across the galaxy.
After designing a kind of new economy for the mod to suit the supply system, cutting anything unnecessary and coding the new "structures" (well they're rather planetary systems and operations), here are their brand new icons.

Cool! Will the ground buildings look simmilar or close to their icons?
Not really no. They aren't buildings in the conventional sense. Some of them will have representations on ground or space maps in form of a set of buildings, spawned units, hardpoints or other props though.
