Codeuser re-rendered the TIE Defender for me since my rendering setups are crap and his are much better. Same model and skin (with a few edits), but this should give you a better, more well-lit idea of how it's supposed to look.

strongest TIE ever!
this is literally the most overpowered ship i have ever used in any game, ever (you can build a lot of these as opposed to one Executor-class Star Dreadnought, so it's even more powerful than that 18km beast)
even worse than the Missile Boat (since that craft can run out of ammo)
this is like the AC-130 from the single player mission in CoD 4.
