Very cool though I think it needs a docking sound effect.

docking sound would be cool, but you wouldnt hear it over comms =P

Finally, now we can seperate the saucer when the ship gets too damaged and pull it back to base!
Its good, but it undocks to quick, try slowing it down a little and add a decompression effect. Look at the saucer seperation on STO. They kind of got it right, but there version tends to visual bug.
