i'm confused as to whether this is an enterprise B refit or lakota refit. Will this refit not launch with a tractor beam or will it have quantum torpedoes and generally an armament that can rival that of the defiant class.

its unlocked with research, it turns all excelsiors in the game to lakota type refits, also adding quantum torpedoes and improved stats
