The Hirogen were always one of my favorite Voyager antagonists, at least the Season 4 ones.
They like the Borg were an enemy the crew could not talk things out with under normal circumstances, they can't be bribed or intimidated, and once they have decided to come after you they are relentless.
The Hirogen were terrible, just like the majority of Voyager's villains, they were nothing more than giant frog-heads with weapons ripped off from Men in Black and a cultural rip-off of Predators.
