That's probably why they got the short end of this invasion with their flagship blown up and most of their ships destroyed.
The Klingons lost a sizeable portion of their fleet, too, thanks to the Jem'Hadar's suicide runs.
And once those platforms came online, the whole Allied fleet got a whooping. Chin'toka was a very costly victory.
They weren't bold enough. Romulans are too cautious for fortune to favor them XP
