This is the Federation. Resistance is foolish.
Now that is a fleet. Only bone I have with it is not enough Excelsiors!
Most of them were on the other side of the Camera and in the second Fleet ;)
The federation is a diplomatic borg, while the borgs themselves assimilate by force
This reminded me about the Vesta, I would love to see that ship in game, maybe another capital or secondary titan....and I'm loving this mod!
