Borg - "We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile."

Do you honestly think that one ship ramming into a cube(even at warp speed) would do enough damage to destroy it?

It would, Warp is several times as fast as light speed. The frigate could easily rip a straight hole through the cube.

True, it could rip a hole through a cube with ease, but I said "enough damage to destroy it". And the second problem would be to pinpoint where and at what speed would a frigate need to strike a cube to destroy it. Warp 10 would undoubtedly be able to destroy a cube, but reaching Warp 10 is all but impossible. True, Picard's maneuver would be most useful to study to pinpoint the spot, but knowing where the cube would be more difficult. Unless you do it in a battle, and you would need a lot of ships to distract the Borg so that they do not discover your true intention.

as you are not actually moving while in warp you would make no more damage as if you would ram it with full impulse

Which, I think, proves that littlelostbot is wrong.
