Game crashing when lauching a new game after patching from 1.1.007.
Don't remind exactly but the problem was something linked to atp psydog...
I have uninstalled the whole game and will retry only patching to 1.1.0012

I Resolved the fsgame.ltx issue i think but whenever i open the game i get a BugTrap

Happens right at launch. Launched with no update, the next, and next, and final, tried all, is irrelevant. feels like something with our systems but not sure what. tried deleting gamedata folder no go. deleted d3d9's in bins no go. tried outside of program files with/without admin no difference. found some advice about a betabin but is that outdated now? Unsure what we need.

Apparently the problem is in xrCore.dll, although the mod does not include a new version of it, I verified the integrity of STALKER, not sure whats going on here.

UPDATE Thank you all for your support, I think I have it working. Downloaded all the .db files and updated to the january 18, 2013 patch. Past the cave, and the saves are working so far. Of course, if anything changes, you'll be the first to know ;)

But I tried latest patch and auto updater. Still stuck.
Installed beta 1.0.9.9.9.5 on this website after this patch and it's fixed hopefully helps anyone else.
EDIT ok it launches to menu but when you hit options, same thing. Get outta here stalker!
Ok it started a game with the defaults then crash. It still needed the beta dl here to start. redownload same.

Are you sure that you downloaded it from the official website??
So to be clear, do I download the installer, patch to 1.1.0012, then patch to 1.1.0015 to play? I'm just confused here because it seems like the main site is out of date. The main install there is 1.0.9.9.8.1 (7.22GB) and update is 1.0.9.9.8.1 (2.70GB). Seems like a huge size difference is there a reason why?

Webroot just found and deleted a file called 'keylogger.asi' from my stalkersoup install. Any thoughts? thankyou
