The aim of this mod is to add in the old locations from ShoC and Clear Sky, and to provide an enhanced and extended gameplay experience while (mostly) sticking to the vanilla storyline. At this point, the mod (v0.45 alpha)contains 37 locations total, approx. 200 weapons, lots of new armors, items, artifacts and anomalies.

those bastards are becoming so common in the zone in my game they spawn alot near the skadofsk is it they are after me or is it thats they just learned how to breed lol
it b/c of quests, do some of the certai nquest and pop will go down but if you leave it alone itll rise and if you do the quests then itll be as game defaults. in short, if you do the quest in beginning and dont fail totally the spawns will be halted, if you do it l8tr in the game the spawnns will be higher and the n be lowered when you comeplete the quests, and if you jsut leave it by the time you get to Pripyat The Snork spawns are raised a tad bit.
I dont see a reason to shoot him, looks like he is coming for a hug.

I don't think its an unfired round, while I can see how you would think that, it in a way does look a bit like a pistol round maybe, but its just a bottlenecked rifle round, the less than perfect texture (no offence smrtphoneusr) is what makes it look like a rounded off or ball tipped pistol round
none taken, it's a vanilla particle and texture after all ;)
on topic: I'll try to create new shells for all the ammo there is, in the vanilla game there's only two types, this one, and shotgun shells (which happen to be emptied btw). But I'll have to model and texture each shell from scratch in order to make the pfx textures for the particles, so I don't know if I'll get it done for 0.45 already.
The very tip should still be flat if it is a spent round from that angle, but i do really like how they included a firing pin indent on the primer
