This skin uses a T-Artic UV for the body from counter-strike, I'm not sure where this came from, but I believe it was GMOD. Metropolice look really good in the half-life 2 environment when the head and body skins combined!
That guy looks much cooler than the regular combine soldiers. You should add some guys with trenchcoats, I think there is a model like that somewhere.. Trenchcoats are cool :P
