Fixed ties? As in you combined the squadrons into a single fighter by the model? I suggested this to you lavo a while ago iirc. I reasoned that alot of the midgame lag is caused by fighter pathing, so to reduce on it, you could lump ships together like this. It's not the prettiest looking thing, but meh. It keeps the lagmonster away.

What? No, fixed TIEs refer to the model itself.

The squadron redux addon condenses squadrons into being a single super-powered fighter per squadron; that addon was first done a long time ago, check it out!
