Hi there!

First of all, love the mod and the work put into it. Total game conversions are rare, and good and comprehensive ones like this are rare. Again, thanks for all the work you've put into this mod.

Now, I managed to replace the flagship that spawns with the stronger version of the super-capitals. However, I also tried to add the ability to flagships to colonize planets, like some capital ships have. This is where I ran into a slight issue: I have no idea how to add another supercapupgrade file to mimic the colonize ability.

So, I humbly ask that in a future patch, this be added as an optional feature to flagships for players who want to have this ability.

Once more, thank you for the wonderful mod.

Adding in the stronger supercaps as flagships will not be done, purely on the basis of balance. The weaker supercap was chosen, or in the case of the NR plucked from elsewhere, purely to ensure that all factions started on equal footing. It wouldn't be fair for the Empire to start with an Executor while the Republic has a Mandator, for example.

That being said, having a colonize ability for each flagship unfortunately is not possible as some of the flagships, such as the Geonosian SDN, already have all of their ability slots taken up, leaving no room for a colonize ability.

I'd be more than happy to help you with getting a colonize ability working! If you want specific files to look at, I suggest checking out these two, which cover the basic ability file and titan upgrade file you will need, plus you will have to add the new files to the entity.manifest and to the actual supercapital's entity file too:
