a first map you have in custom game - next things run using console.
Okay I just played part 1 and I'm gonna play part 2, but first, let me give my opinion on part 1.
First of all, try an add some story to your mod. Even if it's simply just text on the screen or some original HL1 story, give the player something to work towards. This mod was a bit deficient of story and really felt more like a map pack than a mod. But I did in fact enjoy the horror elements to the mod. It kinda reminded me of something like Fear or Doom. Also, try to keep the difficulty under control. I found it a little unfair that there was a lack of medkits in the mod. I actually had to cheat past the one gargantua becuase my health was so low and I couldn't find any medkits in the map. Sure it's good to have realism, but not too much though. Also the ending was a little weak. I know it's just a demo but the mod just kinda stops at the end. You could have had like a cool G-man sequence or something. Nevertheless, not bad at all for a demo. The level design does need work but seeing how this is your first, I can look past that. 6.5/10 is what I'm gonna give the demo.
Yeah tracking, good start.
It looks really good. Tracking.
PS: Jsem rád, že československá moderská scéna není mrtvá ;-)
This looks somewhat compelling. Tracking.
Nice demo - good level design & athmosphere. I hope the full game will contain also something more than shoot & run. Good luck!
:D The smile of lying...
