Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.

Hey Z did you ever think about the fact that wookiepedia is based on the same idea like wikipedia... which means that everybody can write there what ever he or she wants. Than just add some wrong verifications and "TADA" a new and terribly wrong article is born! ^^
Well it's not meant personally but you should be careful with these sides ;)
They have a large community of moderators that check a recheck modifications and compare them to cannon using the Lucas Arts Cannon scale. Meaning movies are #1 cannon, LA TV shows being #2, LA books and games being #3 and so on. It can be slightly incorrect but very inaccurate information does not usually make it on the site very long.
so in a way its true that anybody can write whatever they want,whether or not its wrong but there are people who correct that entry or expand on it if it doesn't contain the right facts or doesn't have enough facts.

Is this a land battle map? I mean obviously it is a planatside map, but there is a lot of water for a normal map - i was wondering if you had do use manta droids or Clone SCUBA troopers to fight? Imagine an underwater map, that would be so cool. looks great in any case.
have you played Battlefront 2? there's a mappack whith 3 mission's and in one of those mission's you play underwater in some kind of bubble.
