Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.

Nice Job
Would the UI be different like in Empire at War for the Empire or Rebels, mostly color wise. Maybe with the CIS UI being in CIS colors (blue and White) and the Republic's being in its colors.

That's an issue with the game. Can't really work around that.

Quick question: are you making the campaign from the Republic's point of view only, or will there be another one that focuses on the viewpoint of the separatists as well?

IF we are ever going to make a kind of campaign it would be from republics' pov. but we would like to concentrate on other things first. a campaign take time.

I feel like the Crab Droids are enough HUNT units for the CIS. B1's have too many units to be a fair fight. Crab Droids are small groups of 4, enough to hunt down a planet with just clones or an army can hunt the entire planet. But AT-RT's are the same but can capture locations like infantry. It's more of an edge for the republic due to their ****** early space ships.

Hey, love the ideas in this concept, felt bored today, so I threw on Photoshop and tried to recreate your concept with some tweaks here and there... altough I'm 100% sure that this will never work in eaw, but maybe it gives some inspiration ^^

I really like pictures 1 and 3. comes quiet close that what we want for the future. of course we need to check what is possible and what is not.

Description

Lately I got a bit bored in my lectures, so I drew a few sketches how we might want to adjust the current UI of Republic at War in the future. If you have any suggestions in advance you can of course tell us.
