Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.
As you see my Dreadnought wouldnt have stood a chance against all these ships...
but suddenly there is a ISD! evening the scales of this fight.... gotta love those, theyre rare but epic ;)

I partially agree with you. Once the Republic makes its transitions to the Empire, everything else gets put to shame. *insert Imperial March here* CIS still rocks though.

omg i love it!!! the star destroyers are like that since the republic thats why they pwn so bad the calamarian cruisers,.. these look the same as them big-powerfull but they are not as strong as the calamarians :>

Why are you so distressed about this? The Republic used ISD's during the last year of the war.
because they did use the ISDs during the late clone wars

ok to clarify that: you can only get ISD when:
- playin skirmish
- playing a special gc (limited numbers)
special GC? Surely it should be in normal GC aswell as it is a Republic warship?
Yeah IMHO I think they should allow just 3 or so in any regular campaign, not just ROTE campaign. But then again it's not my choice to make :P
