Uploadint stuff to HTTP:// for users download is WRONG!. You waste a lot of BANDWITDH (and bw is expensive!) and unable users to download with custom smart tools as SmartFTP, WS_FTP, wget, etc.. Downloading from HTTP/brownsers is PAINFULL and near IMPOSIBLE for modem users for files big than 25MB because the minimal problem break the connexion and the data is lost and BW is lost (And I repeat: bw is expensive!)

HTTP = WRONG
FTP = RIGHT

Please fix this problem.
