War Miners serve as the means for the Soviets to harvest ore in the battlefield. The War Miner is armed with a 7.62mm Machine Gun which is effective against both Infantry & Light Vehicles. Since it requires less space for sophisticated equipment as the Allied Chrono Miner it can carry much more ore than its Allied Counterpart.

Yep. The Chrono Miner could only carry 500 gold or 1000 gems. While the War Miner could carry 1000 gold or 2000 gems.
