Description
The Original Submarine Pen had unfinished graphics. I had fixed this for the renamed Naval Docks.
Kudos to OmegaBolt of Red Resurrection fame for helping me find out the incorrect frames from the underwater animations.
Nice job. Took me a while to realize what I should see, but the difference is significant as soon as I built one ingame.
