The Naval Docks allows Yuri to expand his army into bodies of water. Inside the Structure. Yuri's Cabalists toil to produce Yuri's bizarre and most often deadly naval force.
Hmm whats the difference? Except the recolored underwater part.
Just that. I fixed the underwater part and its buildup (which had no underwater part like the Allied & Soviet Ones)
