RealRTCW is an overhaul mod for critically acclaimed Wolfenstein classic. It features new renderer, expanded arsenal, rebalanced gunplay,and HD graphics!
Will it ruin classic gunplay of RTCW? Or if implemented correctly, it can expand the gameplay?
By implementing correctly, I mean to make the ADS not very efficient, like Splash Damage did in their Dirty Bomb game, where most of the players were still hipfiring, but ADS was an option for long range firefights.

I've always wanted a hardcore version of the game to play, like a small version of the superb 'Hell Let Loose', but with all the same maps/objectives that 'Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is famous for.
This would make an nice gameplay addition. But it's just my opinion. I think not everyone will agree, that's why you'd need to make this feature purely optional for those who want it in their game. 👍
I like ADS from a realism stand point cause it gives the player the option of hip firing with less accuracy and shouldering your weapon which improves aim at the expense of movement. I feel it would fit with the theme of this mod but having it optional I think would be the best option to appease all.

Not mine. This is FalckonET mod. It can be ported to RTCW though.

As for having this in-game mechanic as an option for 'RtCW', I'm in favour of it, it would be great fun to test it.
