Re adds reworked versions of the popular game types Team ArenaMaster, Freon, and Team DeathMatch to Unreal Tournament 2004 (UT2004). The reworked versions fix bugs, add optimizations, and add new features to these game types.

Description
Online help is not a small matter. This is a compromise to get players into the game more quickly. We've already gotten rid of the custom key bindings for custom menus. Everything goes through the login menu (Esc).
