Since the quality of the images in the news is low I re-uploaded them here.
Thranduil in armor based on The Hobbit: The Battle of The Five Armies.
This is probably the best character face I done since ever. I simply love how it turned out and soon I will post a bonus image with... well you will see.
A real challenge were the shoulder guards which also turned out great. Enjoy!

Anyways,put some shadows under the pauldrons and gauntlets and the chest piece.Otherwise it looks really well!

I'm not really sure what shadows you are reffering but I think I changed some things after I took this render anyway. ;)
