I don't think so. It's 2012, this means the MP2 engine was modded for nine years now, and noone got to add multiplayer to it. There was this fake mod, Share The Payne, which suposedly added multiplayer to it, but it's fake, so what the hell.
At first Remedy considered adding a multiplayer, but they removed it because 'it lacked the singleplayer atmosphere', their words.

You can't edit your comments after 5 minutes, and looking at the timestamps he posted again becouse he could't edit them, but anyway TheDarkness2 you should think twice before posting a comment and be sure to have written everything you wanted, your current behaviour would be called spamming in a regular forum, so it could become annoying, so hold your enthusiasm and think for a second before posting. And please don't get this wrong, I'm simply giving constructive criticism. ;)

As ALT_OhDude said it's absolutely 100% impossible, MP2 is simply not made for multiplayer, no modder will ever be able to add it becouse what we can mod is limited and such a huge feature would require acces to the source code, and this simply will never happen.
It would be faster and easier to recreate the whole MP2 in a multiplayer-ready engine.

I already thought about adding more killcams, but there isn't a perfect way to do this, so I'm still unsure about what's the best way, with the best compromises. If there is one...

If you think the jump mechanics is not necessary! I believe the jump button should be the button for fine aiming! You can actually set this button to make the camera zoom in to your shoulders! I hope this helps.

I really do think that fine aiming is more important than the jump mechanics already set up! :D

As I said the jump is INDISPENSABLE, you can't finish the game without it becouse in a lot of levels you NEED it to continue, you can say whatever you want but replacing jump is a no way, regardless of how cool would be to have OTS Aiming.

There's no cover button, in my PE3 mod you tap crouch near a wall and you enter a cover-like idle animation and that's all, but since the crouch button does nothing while moving it's useless for an aiming function (aside for a stupid resident evil aiming style where you can aim only while standing still).

How about changing one of the weapon select numbers and script it into Fine Aiming? Numbers that aren't necessary like 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9. This mod already has a limited inventory. So put the fine aiming in one of those unnecessary buttons. :D

Dude, it doesn't work as you think, you can't script button functions or such, you have to convert what the button does to what you need, so for example if a button makes the player crouch you have to somewhat modify the crouch animation etc to what you want it to be, but the button's function is still to make the player "crouch", so if you chose a weapon selection number you can modify the weapon but it will still select a weapon, I hope the explanation is clear enough.
I have an idea that maybe might lead to some result and get something close to an OTS aiming, but I already briefly tried it a while ago and it wasn't promising at all, so I can't give you any guarantee except that I will try it.

Holy **** are you just plain trolling or what? You are making me discover an amount of patience that I didn't think I had, so I will answer you politely one more last time before starting to reply "**** you".
I'm not using theese features simply becouse they doesn't work, both alone (cover) and together and together with this mod. Aside of having its big bugs OTS aiming works by restricting the player's inventory to two defined weapons, it's incompatible with cover system and most of the features of every other mod, and it's not a real camera movement but only a zoom. About the cover system I already wrote a lot of posts in the other image, replying to you, so I don't wanna spam here too.
I hope that now you will stop annoying me and every other reader here.
