just wanted to say, I am working on the project again. Doing concepts, analyzing real-world stuff I want to use in the game, learning C++, creating small mapping-tools with C++ for practice, creating a storyline and characters and writing the Screen-Play.
When the preps are done, I will start to create rough maps (again), insert rough animations, models and voice data (from synthetic voice tools) to test how well the dialogues work in scripted sequences.
Now one might think "Shouldn't you have done all of that already?". Well, of cource, but as you know I've been working on this project for a very long time now. I stopped and continued the process very frequently in all these years, so I discarded a lot of content and created new ideas for the story.
I am getting to a point where I am relatively happy with the story but it still needs a lot of detail and composition. I am lacking a lot of background knowledge about important parts, which is hard to compensate if you are rather a stay-at-home type of person.
Reading is they key, thanks again Internet!
Also, here are a few new models some of you might not know yet (already a year old though):
However, I am very motivated at the moment and I can assure you there's something "going on".
See you soon and thanks for your loyalty!
