Operation Northstar is a mod that will bring the Canadian Forces to Armed Assault. This mod is perhaps the most comprehensive attempt to add the Canadian Army to any game...everything from soldiers, guns, UAVs, armoured vehices, ships, and planes will be included.
The mod will be released both for single player and multiplayer. It will include a campaign, cutscenes, custom sounds, and all new models (some never seen before in any game). The Canadian Forces could definitly have more "hardware", specially considering a country as large and as wealthy as Canada is but nevertheless it has a good armed forces (probably better than any other country in North, Central and South America, except of course the USA and even better than many if not most European Countries).
Have you guys considered moving this to Operation Flashpoint 2 or Armed Assault 2?
I hope this can be finished, it would be an amazing addition to my game and any game.

I've been waiting so long for a mod that added Canada and now there is, when I get a better PC and Armed Assault I'm d/l'ing this when it ready, also Happy Canada Day!
