Operation: Black Mesa is a total Source remake of Half Life: Opposing Force. Using the Source engine, the developers plan to recreate the Black Mesa research Facility as it was seen by Corporal Adrian Shephard of the H.E.C.U. Half-life: Opposing Force is still an amazing game, although it is not nearly as amazing as it was when it was released.

Now that's what I call perfection.. Although not sure about the Containers there. In the original game they were less intrusive though with your world looking for realistic why would any truck driver place em there and also in this angular. Makes it somewhat impossible for the truck to unload the container. Also there's no indication of a crane which otherwise might explain how the containers ended up facing the direction they do. In any case in a facility like that in any industrial facility. There are certain parking areas for such things and usually placed on top in blocks.

Don't get me wrong it's good and a solid recreation and interpretation but even the Black Mesa team made certain adjustments on things which simply made no sense back in 1998 and surely not in 2015. You can assume that they were placed prior to the resonance cascade.

Thank you for your feedback. I will look into it. the reason why the containers are there is because they were in the original too. And it's a perfect spot to get some cover in this open level. I will figure another way to get some cover :)

Maybe you could add a truck that has crashed and dropped the container? The truck could replace one of the containers as cover.
