For inspiration, check out some of the ambiance used in Dead Frontier (They have new ambiance as of a few days ago), and even killingfloor. The more Ambiance the better ;D. Try to make it leave the player on the edge of their seat waiting for something important to happen, regardless of if it ever does.

With some work I could even see this kind of thing working well as the main menu music.

This is more or less a "demo" of a few of our many ambient sound effects that will be used to create dynamic, real time soundscapes in maps. Two of our sound artists (Luke and DaveOfDefeat) are really quite excellent at working with mappers to build amazing soundscapes.

If they are the same as the old map walkthrough demo vids then I've seen some of the good ambiance that have been done for the mod ;D.

Description

I expected more tanks, bomb shells and the gargled screams of dying young men from someone with the name DaveOfDefeat. Though I guess if you replace the screams of solders with zombies, bombshells with gunshots and tanks with cop cars this is what you get.
