The "New Horizons" mod for the 2003 Pirates of the Caribbean game by Akella is a continuation of the famous Build mod series. Developed as Pirates of the Caribbean Build 14, "New Horizons" continued where Build 13 left off, adding more new content than ever before.

Description
This screenie shows off three new items in POTC. The ship is new and is nearly done. There are new water graphics and physics. And there is a new sunset sky.
New water physics?! Can you tell more about it?

Well it's not completely 'new', but it's much improved. We've been able to tweak the wave model so that the waves look more realistic in most conditions, which makes sailing more interesting. The water properties have also been upgraded, to make it more reflective and give it a deeper blue colour.
It will all be included in the next patch, hopefully.
includint that and the empress and that water in the next patch what version of patch?
Uhm... the next version? Not sure yet of what we'll call it. Build 14 Beta 2.2 perhaps? I'm thinking of doing away with the "Patch" names as they don't just contain bugfixes.
That seems to be the way many game updates are named nowadays, so it's probably a good idea to continue the Beta 2.x trend. Seems to work for the GoF mod, I think.
oh ok just call the new patch like the way of the other patch btw is the new water physics are on the new build version or maybe in the builds patch? or maybe in the next patch?
The new water physics will be in the next update (presumably Beta 2.2).
