This is a total conversion of Sins of a Solar Empire. five new playble races will be introduced each with differing play styles and apearances. The focus of this mod will be small and large scale fleet stratagy and empire building.
the ultima legatione warships are the last remaining trace of the eldar races true power. this vessle may seem small measuring in at only 12Km (small for a capitalship) however this vessel can outclass anything in the entire galaxy with no challange. capable of sweeping entire fleets aside like they were nothing but flys buzzing about somthing more powerful then they could ever hope to comprehend, or cutting a warship in two with powerful front mounted lasers, not even the mighty Nomad arks could stand a chance before them. This is a true testament to the power of the eldar race but also a testament to how far they have fallen, no longer possesing the knowledge necessary to construct one, the ships of this class that are deployed are relics, recovered from deep space or ancient fortresses where none have tred for millenia. Unlike all other Eldar race ships these vessels do not focus on stealth but insted use their unstoppable power to best their foes. Yet another discovery of how far the eldar race has fallen is in the fact that this would have only been considered a cruiser back at their peak. This of course begs the question how powerful must the evil responsable for their fall been, if somthing as powerful as this was unable to stop it.

ok this is my first eldar race (holy crap still havent got a proper race name) capital ship and yes it may sound overpowered and thats cause it is this will be the most powerful ship in the entire game. in order to limit it i have several ideas but no idea which is possible so ill lay them out for u so my trusty coder can tell me im crazy
(cant be researched normally must find an artifact before u can research it this adds more focus on the eldar races hunt for artifacts of importance to them since this is the reward if you find them)

one problem might not be codeable but it would be really awsome give eldar race players an easter egg hunt mentality so gotta find the artifact so they can research this ship

it is possible,i used that in a mini mod im working on to make it where you have to find an artifact before yourcaps and frigates will have curtain weapons

60-ish kilometers, compared to the average planet, its pretty dang big
