DOW II is very hard to mod, and many restrictions are in place for DOW II in modding. But still this mod is quite useless....

This "mod" was already made, most people call it Dark Crusade. Unless you're planning on actually making a new singleplayer campaign that includes the Necrons, at which I would advise a mod name change, then you're just bypassing a few bucks worth of an expansion.
