Is primary fire left hand and secondary right hand?
That would be interesting but what's the point? I think the alternate is used for changing the attack mode.
No, it doesn't work that way.
By default, fire is a mix between fast single attacks (one of the hands) and double attacks (both at the same time at a lower rate), and altfire is a charged attack (the more you charge, the stronger the attack, it has a limit though).
However it comes with the possibility for the admin (or the player in offline mode/practice) to change the fire to just single attacks, or/and altfire to just double attacks. But that just depends on how exactly you want this weapon to behave in your server or local machine.
Now thats a sick looking weapon nice job can't wait to drop on AI from above with those in my hands XD
i don't think you'll do it now, maybe later, but i want to suggest you to make a mod for it to be able to resurrect players or give them health somehow.
think about it, because it looks like a defibrillator (the thing that you rub to resurrect).
