All the updates make me wonder if the mod is ever technically done, I do realise you've done a whole lot and is playable with lots of content. I suppose I'm asking which milestones matter more and as for future ones which you might not know much beforehand.
Technically it's done - I just add to it.
I don't really have milestones mate. I do whatever I feel is fun at the moment, meaning I don't really plan ahead.
Is a balance compatibility patch with Tamriel Rebuilt something you've ever considered making?

For some reason I cannot get this mod to work. I've tried both vanilla MW and OpenMW, the .esm file appears to load in the Morrowind menu but I just get the vanilla game (shows Morrowind Code Patch in the corner). I'm using a Steam version in the standard install directory (C:/Program Files X86/Steam). Any ideas?
Try installing Morrowind outside program files. I'm not entirely sure how to do that using steam though. Additionally you could try to run the Morrowind exe as an admin.
