THE MOD SURROUNDS THE EVENTS AT A COMMUNICATIONS ARRAY BASED OVER LOOKING
THE OCEAN. ITS RELEVANCE IS VITAL TO MAINTAINING THE LOCATION AND
COMMUNICATION OF ALL REBEL FORCES ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET
Two days ago the Combine learnt of the location of the base, and with the portal now closed they are looking for a retaliation attack.
Now hell bent on destroying the array and cutting off every rebel force shore to shore and smashing the rebel network once and for all
The Communication Array has two sectors, the first is the actual array, the second is a data hub that houses every location of our rebel position globally,
with this knowledge in the hands of their forces could give them the means to obliterate us with-out the need for re-enforcements and with the
portal gone this could be the biggest Combine victory since the seven hour war, but in the words of the
late Dr Vance, "we wouldn't last 7 minutes!" if this attack is successful
As always Freeman is on hand to show the Sharpe end of a crowbar against the combine face.
But the question is can you make it to the array before the array is destroyed, the data gone and lives lost.

1. Secure the Communications Array
Once the communications array is secure and unable to be breached, you will have to call in re-enforcements to repel the invasion of Combine forces
2. Secure the Data Systems Hub
The Systems hub is too big to move with the time we have and has to be saved at all costs and loss of life.
It's information is vital to the security of our forces globally, including our research area.
This mod, is inspired from such ideas as Minerva - Metastasis and Slums 2, but with more enphisis in controlled environments and a fun but vast battleground.

Hello and welcome, it's been a long time, as always but welcome to a map release soon. The idea is too see how people enjoy the map and the environment and game play. It's my first time developing a combat environment so hope you like it. Before the comments come yes i do know it's very short but that's the point.

Release Coming Today!

released Jan 1st? where...
Feel free to work update and continue this map, I know it has a lot of errors in, but is good fun still :)
I wanna play it soooo bad, never let it die or ill find u XD
The level design just looks wonderful. Feels really pro.
And I'have just been looking to the summary.
cant wait to play!
This is looking really great and profesional, keep it up.
I think this would be better if you were to play as an unknown rebel because of the fact Gordon has to stop the combine on the Borealis.
Agreed, I hate mods with Freeman as player character.
Could I get your opinion of HL2: Deathmatch's view models?
Just a quick comment about some of the comments on the screen and news pages.
Thank you for that support please do not stop throwing critic constructively at this mod.
Here's a quick bit about me and what I am doing.
Basically I am trying to get a fine line between the following....
1. Time dedicated to a specific section of game play
2. Setting up the new areas
3. Maximising the space playable in a gun battle
4. Ensuring maps don't look the same as each other
5. Ensuring maps don't look too Half-Life 2
6. Gun battles are fresh and well played out
If anyone has seen my work before your know I work on one area for vast amounts of time neglecting the rest of the mod and getting nowhere, so what I am doing is building new areas each week, or rather continuing those areas so I have a continued story and game play area in development rather than just updating the same old area.
This will help do several things also...
1. Give you new screen shots to look at weekly
2. Move the game play forward
3. Ensure a continued level of dedication for development
4. Maintain a WORK IN PROGRESS in screens with still good detail
So that's it till my next update.
Please mod watch and get in touch if you have any cool ideas you would like to share.
Regards
