Edited Manhunt 1 executions where I added head explosions and decapitations. I also changed the camera angles/ timing, making some static.

To get started, copy ManHunt.pak and paste it and overwrite the current ManHunt.pak file
in your DATA folder located here: Manhunt/ levels/ GLOBAL/ DATA
Open manhunt_inis and copy the levels folder and paste it in your Manhunt directory
located here: Program Files (x86)/ Steam/ SteamApps/ common/ Manhunt
You're now able to edit any of the ini files
Here's how to use my premade head explode/ decapitate settings
To use my head explode/ decapitate settings open Premade_Executions and copy the levels folder and paste
it in your Manhunt directory located here: Program Files (x86)/ Steam/ SteamApps/ common/ Manhunt
To use my camera angles copy TimedVectorPairs.ini and paste it in your TVP folder located here:
Manhunt/ levels/ GLOBAL/ TVP
There you go, you can now edit Manhunt's ini files AND your executions are even more brutal
with much better camera angles

I just downloaded this mod and followed the instructions twice now and its not working. Im testing it with the level 3 crowbar execution and their head isnt exploding like in your video
All steps completed as told, changes nothing to my game.
Can you explain how to edit the camera angles again, the file is there with numbers but we have no idea what number should be where to what>
I do not have the steam version, I have to have it to put the mod
