The Maelstrom Mod introduces four new races to the Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion Universe. They are independent of the original races and have unique strengths and weaknesses. Maelstrom is available for Rebellion, Diplomacy, Entrenchment and Original Sins.

Built for speed, this ship is an excellent scout.
I think this is the best model. Everytime i look at one of these i wonder how can be so well made.
That's because Richard Seaton designed and build it!
This scout looks like it could be a planetary bomb and weapon,
But thank god it has no weapons
