This mod is dedicated to the world LOTR is set in. It brings us back to the days of old when the first Dark Lord Morgoth (Melkor) ruled supreme and the Varda played an active role in the battles that shaped the world that LOTR is based on. From the infamous Morgoth and Fingolfin duel to the destruction of Gondolin, and the destruction of Numenore. All in all this should be ahighly enjoyable and fun Mod to play. We hope to achieve a good Mod that fans of LOTR and the game itself can play and will enjoy using. This should also attract people who have read the Silmarillion and not just newer fans of the movies!!

The mod is currently on hold/inactive. Other commitments (college, etc) are piling up and myself or Lord Elrond don't really have the time anymore. Thanks for the support in the beginning though!

AT LAST! Ive w8ed soooooo long for a mod like this. I hav but one desire more... cud u make it for BFME2 insted? or when ur dun, port it? anyway gr8 idea. Hope it dusnt die!!!
with all the other comitments we havent had time to really work on the mod, but now i have decided to work on it as it was a great project idea and with all the new units going to be available its gunna be a completely new game. i intend to create a new user interface to ensure a unique look to our mod so keep intuned to find out the news on the mod. it isnt dead yet!!!

i agree thaT a lot of work will be needed , the maps and structures of different places such as gondolin norgothrond . If the new characters were also to be added such tuor and turin the mod would be a blast.
probably everyone has read the sillmarilion and the unfinished tales. its like dreaming .

You mean Goblens? And Moria was just being created during the Silmerilian, and really wasn't a big part.
