There's no Stalker without this level.
Just a thought, while watching this one... don't you think there should be more power lines everywhere, on every level? We're few steps ahead of a power plant... hm... what you think?
radar is under the npp in LA, and it has those power lines, and under radar we have military, where you can also see those lines...
but mainly if you check googlemap, these power lines at npp dont go far... only to a big generator yard, where they connect together, and from that only a few goes towards to the other areas. :)
