some screens found on my hdd before reinstalled stalker...
the power plant's cooling lakes are full of water and reeds in real life... so why not in game? it was too empty and dry...

I hope stalker will run fast and won't stuck in the water like in the CS. I liked water in the CoP.

Hmh... you are watching away from NPP and the player is somewhere east of the NPP.. am i correct?
you can also find this place in vanilla soc, but this bridge is closed down, and the cooling lakes too. try to fly on the level with demo_record mode :)

nope. i think its clearly visible on the screen that water is not deep.
water is not real water in stalker, just a plain 1-sided texture. if you go under it, then you see nothing, so thats why water cant be deeper than 80-90cm. thats ca. your character's height, when he is crouching.
Sorry, didn't notice the plants sticking out of the water.
