Jedi Knight Galaxies is an immersive, competitive and innovative multiplayer shooter, played out in the Star Wars universe. Currently a full conversion mod (soon to go standalone), the project was originally based on and modified from Raven Software’s Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Jedi Knight Galaxies is available completely free of charge. We aim to develop the project into a Large Multiplayer Online game, crossing traditional RPG (role playing game) elements with the fast paced excitement of an FPS (first person shooter). The game is supported by its community and developers, contribution is encouraged and newbies are welcome. One question about heavy clone rifle DC-15. Will there be 2 firing modes, one which clones had in Ep2 -> non-accurate firing. And from ep3 where clones had the rifles on their shoulders to make more accurate firing.

There are indeed different firing modes available for different weapons. Keep in mind that this video is extremely outdated, and things have changed (improved) significantly since this video was posted.

Is there gonna be weapon customization? I see a laser on the E-11 as well as what looks like an ammo counter.

Description

Here is a video containing Alpha Gameplay of one of the first Instances, or missions/quests, you will get to go through in JKA Galaxies. The level itself, as well as the gameplay and effects are all in a Work In Progress (WIP) State, none of it is final at the moment.

At the beginning, you see the in-game cinematic revealing the Instance level to you, there will be text similar to what you see here in-game in a future version (At least that is what the plan is) Currently that was added later on in video editing.

Though only a few instances in the video, you will notice a glitch where some shots did not appear to fire, but you see them hit the walls around their target. This is NOT a bug, it's an error that happened while recording the demos, it does not happen in-game what-so-ever.
