There's nothing quite like the rush of running, falling, jumping and crawling your way toward the release switch whilst under fire from rockets, railguns and lasers... then jabbing that switch and releasing all your team mates! Then finally watching as they all come running out of the open doors and beat the other team to death with Laser Cleavers! There's never a dull moment in JB, you're either fighting to stay alive, fighting to release your team mates, or fighting to escape from jail!
Jailbreak: Source 0.6 - Released!
After one and a half years of development, Jailbreak: Source 0.6 is out! Now go kill some Dinosaurs!

No fuss this time! Just a big fat release! Go get it! There should be plenty of servers to play on so enjoy! But there could always be more, so if you have a server you can setup, please do! We can't wait to get Jailbreaking with you all! Thank you so much for following us all this time! And one last time, don't forget to vote for us!

You will not believe the sound that came out of me when I saw the 3 new updates on the top of my screen. :D
I clicked on the atomic gamer link first - all the downlaod servers had a minimum of an 8 minute wait time.
Tried instant-respawn - link went directly to the file and instantly let me download at ~700kbps

downloaded last time, incredibly good game and good idea, but it was kinda a small and quiet mod so i uninstalled due to lack of servers, but it looks like the mod gained some serious popularity since then, so I cant wait to play with more people!, downloading now, 28% done
Steamworks? Would be quite sad if after few months the mod is DEAD.
We'd love to get on Steamworks. We've bugged Valve about it but don't think we got a response.
If we don't get one soon, we'll send our hordes of fans after them ;)
there is 4 convict gaming servers up right now so lack of servers is not a issues. the mod is realy fun and the ruber ducks i love that

Crap, you guys finally went and released the version I had been waiting to review, guess I have to go reinstall all my HL2 crap ....again...good thing i deleted warcraft! Stay tuned, Iv been waiting for this puppy for so long i forgot about it, reviews comming in the near future. ^.^
Reock's Reviews has returned at last for Jailbreak! Dinosaurs vs robots in a constant struggle to kill your enemy while releasing your allies so they can kill more enemies... This mod has been long in the works and shows it with a flashy xbox-esque heavy use of neon colors and flashy chrome weaponry, a unique but somewhat problimatic gameplay setup where the players who die are placed into a prison were they can eather be rescued, exicuted or attempt to escape. This last one can be a bit troublesome as the difficulty of escaping dosnt always reflect well on the time constraints of some maps, one may be fairly easy (dodging lasers ala resident evil and escaping out a door) while another is a grueling maze of death and super mario style jumps.
If you enjoyed mods like Dystopia youll probly enjoy this one as well, though I will warn you jailbreak suffers from a over abundence of exposives between sticky mines, rockets , grenade launchers and even explosive barrels laying around. Getting blown up will get old fast, so either blow them up first or be super sneaky/lucky.

I have the biggest POS PC and it runs perfects full settings. My mind has been blown.
Haha! We really worked hard to make sure everything would work well on a range of systems, lots of scaling, LODS and optimisation :D Glad it's paid off!
Well honest opinion here. It is still good, I like it a lot buuut it seems more fast paced now which means less teamwork and the healing gun is almost never used. Also the perks are okay but not as good as I remembered them.
