Imperial Reign is a Star Wars total conversion to the critically acclaimed Company of Heroes and its expansions Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor. Set in the Star Wars universe, Imperial Reign is about the Imperial occupancy of the Outer Rim worlds (i.e. Tatooine, Lok, Rori, etc) and the constant war as the Rebels fight to liberate the galaxy of tyranny. This conversion aims to bring a type of grittiness and intensity never before seen in a Star Wars game or mod. Company of Heroes engine is suited perfectly for this and serious Star Wars and RTS fans alike will undoubtedly have a blast.

Dearest Imperial Reign fans,
It is with the deepest regret that I must announce to you that, as of today, development of Imperial Reign will be officially halted until further notice. This is for several reasons, with the two main reasons being the failure of my hard drive (those of you who follow ZombieMod are aware of this issue) and the lack of a dedicated team that can help me develop this mod.
It is especially disheartening due to the progress we had made on the mod and the easily apparent excitement of you, our fans. However, without the skills and focus of a dedicated mod team, we cannot continue our work. If we can assemble a team that is willing to resume development, we will happily resume, but until then, development will be halted.

For all those wondering, this mod HAS been revived in the form of a spiritual successor, Burton (lead for this mod) is also working on it, check it out! :)
i realy hope that this mod gets revived, it would be so epic to use this engine for a sw mod, since there arnt any good ground games or mods for any other engine that realy have the potential to give that epicness that the relic engine can do.. i would help but my moddeling skills are severly lacking and my skript skills are mediocre at best=/

The only thing CoH really needs, it sure is a star wars mod like this! Please bring it back! Always thougt CoH was perfect for a star wars mod, perfect engine and gameplay for some awesome Star wars RTS gaming!
i think i knoiw a guy who might help. he's new on modding, but has shown amazing work. he got to work with ACW. ill talk to him about this, and maybe we'll bring this mod back....
i know a couple guys as well The world needs this mod
if not imperial then clone wars or old republic but regardless this needs to come back
also what modeling program will everyone be using so I know which ones to tell them use
