I got it to work.
Use the Reloaded mod 2.5.7 and run the setupreloaded to get the files from Red Alert 2 (ra2.mix, etc) and then copy them in the Mental Omega folder (it does something to the Gamemd to make it compatible)
After, copy also the CNCdrw ini and dll to the Mental Omega folder and set to CNCdrw to see menus.
Reloaded mod can be deleted after.
I will try to make an instruction file but I have to get approval from FS21 (Creator of reloaded mod) because I used his files to make another mod work.
