The goal of this mod is to bring back the units from the original Homeworld into the Homeworld 2 engine, with high quality texture and polycount detail. The campaign and animatics from the original game will also be included.

suggestion : Either add own sounds for the weapons to give it a new touch like you already do it with the ship remakes or use the original Hw1 ship sounds. HWU for example did it that the HW1 factions really used their proper sounds while the hw2 used their sounds. It gave a nice touch to it.

I need to find a program or specialist that recovers the quality of HW1 sounds, after conversion. Also I would have to map all 5000 speches and sounds and correlate them to the appropriate LUAs in HW2, for the existing slots. It's a mod alone inside the mod. I don't see it happening in the able time. In the other hand, some sounds are or can be preferred to be recovered, like the selection of the probe.
