First of all, sorry for the lack of updates. Until a few days ago it still was unsure what happened to FX v1.82, but now we finally got the picture and thus am I able to write it out into a hopefully understandable news article. Those who are regular forum visitors probably already know what happened, but for those who aren't I'll post this news article. I will brief what happened to FX v1.82, what the change of plans include and what the next version will be.
What happened to FX v1.82?
FX v1.82 was originally planned to be released at the beginning of this month, but as the ETA passed and no new downloads showed up you probably noticed something is wrong. First of all, there was some problems with the communication between the team members which caused in the release being slowed down for a few days. When the English FX v1.82 was about to be released, the Chinese modding community found some errors/bugs in the mod so the whole release was canceled. The modding team decided that a version free of errors and bugs is more important than a release that makes it on time.
Basically the bugs found at the last moment by the Chinese modding community has resulted in FX v1.82 being scrapped. Don't panic though, continue reading below.
Change of plans
With FX v1.82 being canceled, there was a slight change in the plans for the next versions. Summarized in one sentence it would be this:
FX v1.82 is cancelled, so instead FX v1.83 will be released tomorrow or the day after. After that work will begin on v1.84 and eventually v1.9x.

Hopefully this will explain what happened to FX v1.82 and what is going to happen next. I fully understand several people will probably be frustrated with what happened but it can't be helped. This is FX. It is known for its delays, but also for the fact the delayed version usually makes up for the extra time you had to wait. Therefore, please bear with it. Me and alot of other people have been through this frustration ever since the first release, FX v1.711, and we were able to bear with it as well. If we can, than you can do it too.

Yes, the communications problems were solved, everything's fine, and yeah, two days of delay were because of me, I had to translate everything and correct the older english errors, so now you will have a higher-quality mod. Please enjoy the new icons, and the clear, understandable English!
