Homeworld2: FX - Commander is a modification project for Sierra's Homeworld2 that aims to bring to bring the game to a whole new level by including the races from Hw1 along with a ton of changes, some of these have never been seen before!

Description
After some communication and upload errors FX v1.83 is here at last! Click on 'read more' for more details and installation instructions.
FX v1.83 is the third release in the v1.8x series. After a long period of waiting and some delays this version finally sees a public release. Most noticeable changes compared to v1.82 are the new Turanic unit (replacement for Heavy Gun Cruiser), the Progenitor power supply system and the Kadeshi crystal unit system.
*Note: There was supposed to be a fix to all spelling/grammar errors found in this version, but the file somehow was not included in the final release. We are currently investigating how this happened, once we have more info we'll probably put up the file along with the instructions on how to install it. If not, it will hopefully be included in v1.84.
Installation:
1. Download the file
2. Open the .RAR and run the .EXE
3. Select 'English Version'. As for directory, ensure you have your /Homeworld2 folder selected and NOT your /Homeworld2/Data folder.
4. Run the shortcut and enjoy the game.

unknown file type means no EPICNESS fot me =(
This mod can play all races which appear on Homeworld series (without Cataclysm), and I'm enjoying very well. However the game was hung-up when saving current game.
I hope this bugs will solve at next update, and I'm looking forward to your good works!
i can't run this mod. Game's turning off when it try load frontend
wait wait wait, what does Open the .RAR file and run the .EXE mean? Please explain as if i'm an idiot... i don't know all these terms.
WinRAR opens .RAR files. Google it. Running the .EXE means you simply doubleclick the .EXE file in order to start the installation.
I see nothing but white. And i mean white. Can someone help me fix that?
